Sr Business & Information Analyst

Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements to deliver digital and data-driven solutions enhancing guest and consumer experiences across Disney's theme parks, resorts, cruise, travel, retail, and consumer products.

Lead moderately complex analysis and portfolio activities independently to support technology and business strategies, including requirements gathering, planning support, and data-driven decision enabling.

Develop business cases and portfolio documentation aligning benefits with strategic objectives, perform data analysis and visualization, recommend process improvements, and support change management and stakeholder engagement.

Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis, data/portfolio analysis, strategy, or closely related fields.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with software development lifecycle and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Experience applying business analysis techniques including requirements documentation, process modeling, and mapping; knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experienced in independently managing complex business analysis work supporting technology and strategic portfolio initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical skills with a background in commercial strategy, business analytics, or related areas, capable of linking data insights to business value.

Skilled at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and producing executive-level presentations and reports.
