- Manage and optimize operational processes in Citi’s global transaction and payment services to ensure smooth execution and risk reduction.
- Contribute to operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization initiatives within the Operations teams.
- Engage in a two-year structured development program focusing on analytical, leadership, continuous improvement, risk management, and client-centric skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Final year university student graduating in 2026.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or related field.
- GPA equivalent to 3:1 or 4.0 and above.
- No sponsorship for work authorization required in the candidate’s location.
