- Manage and oversee all terminal operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth passenger flow, on-time departures, and coordination with multiple departments.
- Lead staff supervision, schedule management, and vendor performance to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Handle emergency response, special events, VVIP movements, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination including airlines and regulatory agencies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in airport terminal operations with stakeholder management and operational efficiency focus.
- Experience in supervising terminal operations teams and managing vendor and passenger services.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5-7 years in airport terminal operations.

- Experienced in managing complex airport terminal shifts with direct accountability for multiple operational facets and stakeholder coordination.
- Capable of leading emergency responses and special event management within airport operations.
