About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications focused on authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) and role/attribute-based access control models ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure access solutions, integrate IAM with enterprise applications, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to secure coding practices and IAM best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in software development with hands-on IAM expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with IAM frameworks and protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and experience integrating IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak).
- Work mode: 5-day office attendance at Hyderabad, India; Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Java full stack developer with strong IAM domain knowledge and practical expertise in authentication and access control frameworks.
- Competent in secure coding practices within agile and DevOps environments, with familiarity in version control (Git).
- Collaborative, capable of working with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM integrations in enterprise settings.
