About This Role
- Configure and maintain enterprise-level identity platforms and directory services to ensure high availability and secure user authentication.
- Analyze platform performance telemetry and authentication logs to diagnose and troubleshoot recurring structural anomalies.
- Implement API integrations and automation scripts to connect diverse business applications to centralized identity infrastructure securely.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, identity and access management, software development, systems administration, or related field.
- Certification in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant fields.

- Experienced in handling enterprise identity platforms with responsibility for uptime and secure authentication.
- Proficient in diagnosing complex technical issues using platform telemetry and log analysis.
- Capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams to validate secure identity protocols and platform upgrades in non-production environments.
