About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering innovation.
- Design, architect, develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance, and secure full stack software systems using PHP, JavaScript, AWS, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects using agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in PHP with frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel; Node.js and GraphQL experience mandatory.
- Strong expertise in databases including MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambdas, RDS, Fargate), RESTful APIs, Nginx, Git, and managing scalable systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading and mentoring teams within an agile environment, demonstrated by past project leadership and team collaboration.
- Strong full stack engineering background with strategic understanding of scalable system architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, able to operate cross-functionally between product, design, and engineering teams.
