About This Role
- Design, configure, and deliver analytics and reporting solutions across UKG products like UKG Pro and UKG Data Hub.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and custom analytics solutions using BI tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics, BIRT, or Power BI.
- Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and provide post-go-live analytics support for customer projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, or implementing Analytics solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like IBM Cognos Analytics, BIRT, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Good SQL knowledge; experience with ETL tools (SSIS/Informatica/Talend) strongly preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in Analytics solution design/development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions using established BI tools.
- Comfortable working independently on deliverables and collaborating across global project teams and time zones.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP BigQuery, Microsoft Azure) and capable of adapting to evolving product capabilities.
