About This Role
- Lead and scale the Snowflake Center of Excellence (CoE), defining architectures, reusable frameworks, and governance standards.
- Own end-to-end Snowflake architecture for enterprise-scale data platform programs, including design across ingestion, modeling, and consumption layers.
- Drive large-scale Snowflake implementations with delivery governance, cost optimization, and client consulting while mentoring technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in data engineering, analytics, or data platform roles.
- 7+ years hands-on Snowflake experience with strong architecture and delivery leadership.
- Proven track record leading CoE/practice or large delivery teams.
- Expertise in Snowflake features (Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks, Dynamic Tables, Secure Sharing), data modeling (Dimensional, Data Vault, Lakehouse), ELT/ETL orchestration tools, and client-facing solution design.

- Experienced technical leader with strategic and operational ownership of Snowflake-based platforms at enterprise scale.
- Skilled in translating business goals into modern data platform architectures and driving implementation through governance and FinOps.
