About This Role
- Administer and provide Level 3 support for the Microsoft 365 suite including Email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and client apps to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Manage incident escalations, perform root cause analysis, monitor service health, and work with vendors to meet service levels and resolve issues within SLA.
- Develop and execute automation, monitoring and reporting tools; implement security assessments and ensure compliance with organizational policies while creating technical and user documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field (B.Tech or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 tenant for a large global workforce.
- Hands-on experience with configuration and support of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Office/Outlook client apps.
- Knowledge of secure protocols and compliance standards relevant to Microsoft 365 environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling L3 escalations, major incident management, and vendor coordination for Microsoft 365 services in a large enterprise.
- Skilled in scripting and automation using PowerShell and MS Graph API to proactively manage and improve M365 service performance.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance, including integration with Information Security teams and adherence to organizational policies.
