About This Role
- Plan, monitor, and execute application development tasks including new product development and modifications.
- Provide technical support for testing, installation, commissioning, debugging, and diagnostics.
- Translate conceptual designs into detailed engineering documentation and assist in preparing engineering proposals while managing project risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of application development and support experience in industrial automation.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems such as PLCs, motors, drives, motion control, and robotic systems.
- Work model: Onsite in Chennai, India; willing to travel for site support and commissioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including customers, engineering, project management, testing, and product teams in automation projects.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships within dynamic and competitive markets.
- Comfortable working under supervision of senior engineers and adhering to contract, quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards.
