About This Role
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple software engineering teams with accountability for performance management and talent acquisition.
- Provide technical leadership with hands-on involvement across the full software development lifecycle to build secure, scalable, business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with product, security, business, and architecture stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives, including supporting production incident management and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in application suite management and strong Full Stack development expertise.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Angular, TypeScript, API development (Apigee or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and application security platforms (Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud).
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or related field is strongly preferred.
