About This Role
- Own and govern end-to-end defect lifecycle management for the COSMOS project including triage, prioritization, tracking, and closure.
- Define and maintain error management plans and synchronize external/internal ticket systems (KPM/IMAN to JIRA).
- Generate defect metrics, facilitate stakeholder communication, conduct root cause analysis, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience with 7+ years in project management defect management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Automotive SPICE (especially SUP.9 and SUP.1).
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence including advanced features like JQL, dashboards, and workflows.
- Experience interfacing with tools like KPM/IMAN and understanding of Agile/SAFe frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defect lifecycle management in automotive connectivity or complex software projects with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Comfortable operating in Agile and SAFe environments, managing multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery contexts.
- Technically proficient with the ability to perform root cause analysis and influence defect resolution and quality governance.
