About This Role
- Own and manage backend development including API design, database management, and performance optimization.
- Lead and collaborate with a development team to deliver high-performing products aligned with the product roadmap.
- Maintain AWS infrastructure ensuring security, performance, uptime and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development with JavaScript full stack, including 4 years in Node.js.
- 2+ years of experience managing and guiding developer teams.
- Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognized university.
- Experience working with MongoDB and MySQL (4+ years).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead backend teams delivering scalable SaaS products, preferably with CRM or product company experience.
- Experienced in complex Node.js applications with strong understanding of RESTful APIs and AWS infrastructure.
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-growth environment with a focus on full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
