About This Role
- Lead and govern Configuration Management (CM) activities for the COSMOS project across products and Agile Release Trains, ensuring integrity and traceability of configuration items.
- Define and implement CM strategies including configuration item taxonomy, branching strategies, baselines, and release governance aligned with Automotive SPICE and organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, release engineering, and quality teams to maintain controlled delivery processes, support audits, and ensure end-to-end traceability from change requests through releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management and Configuration Management.
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Management principles including planning, identification, control, audits, baseline management, and governance.
- Experience with Automotive SPICE (especially SUP.10) and release/change management processes.
- Advanced expertise with Git branching, tagging, CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab), artifact repo management, Jira administration, documentation tools, and SBOM generation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing CM in complex software development environments, preferably with automotive or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Proficient in implementing traceability and compliance processes aligned with Automotive SPICE and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder coordination across development, QA, release, and quality teams to ensure controlled, auditable software release processes.
