About This Role
- Own the design, delivery, and iterative improvement of SaaS CRM product features including research, validation, prototyping, and release management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, UX design, and customer success to prioritize feature roadmaps and coordinate Agile sprints.
- Act as central contact for product strategy, problem-solving, decision-making, and ensuring products align with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of product management and design experience.
- At least 1 year of experience specifically with CRM domain and SaaS business products.
- Proficiency in wireframing and product management tools such as Balsamiq or Figma, Jira or Asana, and Confluence for documentation.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years (explicitly mentioned). Immediate notice period preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with Agile software development and familiarity with SQL and data analytics for product decisions.
- Comfortable with detailed documentation including PRDs, wireframes, and prototypes to support complex SaaS product development.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS products for SMBs, especially CRM platforms, with ability to liaise between technical and business teams effectively.
