About This Role
- Own facilitation of Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to enable high-performing product engineering teams.
- Align product backlog, team capacity, and delivery with Product Owner and stakeholders, removing impediments to ensure continuous flow and improved team velocity.
- Measure, track, and improve team KPIs (velocity, cycle time, predictability, quality) using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for transparency and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach including 3-5 years of hands-on Scrum Master/Agile facilitation.
- Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks with experience in SAFe and scaling Agile in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub (or equivalent ALM tooling).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and strong stakeholder management abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced servant leader who enables and coaches cross-functional software development teams in Agile best practices, driving continuous improvement.
- Familiar with large-scale Agile and SAFe implementations including multi-team PI planning and Agile transformations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret Agile metrics and proactively resolve team impediments, with experience collaborating across developers, QA, and DevOps in software product environments.
