Experienced servant leader who enables and coaches cross-functional software development teams in Agile best practices, driving continuous improvement.
Familiar with large-scale Agile and SAFe implementations including multi-team PI planning and Agile transformations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret Agile metrics and proactively resolve team impediments, with experience collaborating across developers, QA, and DevOps in software product environments.
