About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced BI solutions (dashboards, automated data pipelines) primarily using Tableau and Python in collaboration with Risk Managers and Risk Reporting teams.
- Optimize Tableau performance including data integration, data cleansing, extract refresh automation for large data volumes, and SQL query tuning.
- Support strategic product roadmap development, product enhancements, launches, and product marketing in the BI Analytics domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of enterprise BI development experience, preferably consulting background.
- Hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop, Server, Prep, and Tableau administration and architecture.
- Strong skills in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, query tuning) and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), Big Data technologies (Hive), and data warehouse/mart design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing enterprise-scale BI solutions with Tableau and database systems under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Capacity to independently manage priorities, troubleshoot BI and data issues, and enhance dashboard usability leveraging AI-driven BI tools and conversational BI solutions.
- Well-versed in optimizing BI workflows including automation of data processes and advanced data visualization techniques.
