About This Role
- Lead technical architecture and delivery of scalable LLM-powered AI agents and intelligent assistants across multiple UKG products.
- Define design patterns and frameworks for agent orchestration, tool and function integration, enterprise data usage, responsible AI, and observability.
- Mentor engineering teams and influence AI strategy, ensuring high availability, compliance, evaluation, and cross-product adoption of AI capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software engineering experience.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, building, and productionizing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in scalable distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native services, and enterprise AI integration with security and compliance.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years experience explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain knowledge in agentic AI concepts such as multi-agent workflows, memory, RAG, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, architecture, AI/ML, security, and compliance, with significant impact.
- Track record of setting architectural standards and mentoring senior engineers in a large-scale enterprise or SaaS environment focusing on AI-first engineering.
