About This Role
- Lead and govern all software build and release activities for the COSMOS Project ensuring alignment with Agile/SAFe PI and Sprint cadences.
- Coordinate between development, QA, project management, architecture, integration, and customer teams to drive release readiness, execution, and stakeholder approvals.
- Manage release planning, quality gate compliance, documentation, issue resolution, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of CI/CD and release processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in build and release management or related roles.
- Strong expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and Git-based version control systems.
- Experience with Agile and SAFe release management practices including PI planning and release governance.
- Work Experience Required: 7 to 10 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end software releases within large, complex, Agile/SAFe environments.
- Strong technical understanding of build automation, software versioning, branching strategies, and release artifact management.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills to handle cross-functional coordination and release risk decision-making.
