Tier-1 brand, metro location, and mid-level experience increase competition, partially offset by specialized SoC skillset.
Highly specialized SoC, FPGA, GPU and hardware-validation skills limit cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 3+ years plus mandatory SoC, pre-silicon, kernel, firmware, and interface expertise drives high strictness.
Design and implement test cases and plans for Pre-Silicon (FPGA) and Silicon on engineering chip validation platforms using Data Center Server OS/ARM Linux.
Develop automated testing frameworks leveraging LLM/Gen AI tools for stress and stability testing to improve verification and reliability.
Collaborate with hardware ASIC, FPGA, and software development teams for test planning, bug troubleshooting, and resolution across SoC/platform components.
Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunication.
At least 3+ years of extensive test development, execution, and validation experience on pre-silicon and silicon in Embedded/SoC (Android/Linux/WOA) platforms.
Strong hands-on experience in Windows on ARM (WOA) and GPU validation including test planning, execution, debug, and issue closure.
Strong knowledge of Linux kernel, bootloader, device-driver, firmware testing, virtualization concepts, multicore/multiprocessing fundamentals; practical experience in AI/LLM application to validation.
Experienced in SoC architecture, platform bring-up, IP-level validation (e.g. USB, display, GPU, LSIO) with cross-domain debugging skills across HW, FW, and SW.
Proven ability to use GenAI and LLM tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex) to optimize test strategies and automate validation frameworks.
Track record in delivering complex automation solutions and creating test methodologies including stress and stability tests on data center/server platforms.
