Hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis and interaction with Global Finance teams.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred; proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office required.
Experience in managing commercial site FP&A and strong orientation towards business process and control.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships across finance and other functions and effectively engage stakeholders at different levels.
Strong analytical skills with ability to apply judgment to business analysis and drive cross-functional results; demonstrated leadership with focus on team capability building.
