About This Role
- Lead presales solution design and client engagements focused on retail merchandising category management and retail operations.
- Own post-deal transition activities including contract setup, hiring, process transition, and stabilization until steady state delivery.
- Drive development of transformation roadmaps, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and market intelligence to enhance client maturity and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in the retail domain with proven expertise in presales and solution design.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with retail merchandising category management and store operations.
- Work Experience Required: 12-15 years in Retail domain.
