About This Role
- Drive product requirements gathering and refinement for a Fiber application program targeting telecom use cases involving Salesforce.
- Facilitate Agile delivery by running Scrum ceremonies, managing release plans, tracking schedules, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time feature releases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, product managers to manage end-to-end program execution and maintain program/project documentation for governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 8+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical areas.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- English proficiency minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level for effective communication.

- Experienced in leading end-to-end software delivery programs across multiple engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align requirements and communicate complex concepts clearly.
