Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models for business stakeholders.
Optimize report performance, implement data security (row-level security), and manage BI platform modernization and migration projects to Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop ETL/ELT processes, and support BI users with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Power BI development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, SQL, Power Query (M), and familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Candidate must be able to visit the client office in Pune at least 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced BI developer focused on Power BI with advanced skills in DAX, SQL, and large-scale data modeling.
A professional comfortable managing data platform migrations, performance tuning, and complex ETL/ELT workflows in Agile environments.
Ability to engage business stakeholders effectively to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions in enterprise settings.
