Strong knowledge of Sales Order and Purchase Order cycles, workflow management, IDOC processing, integration error management, and Root Cause Analysis.
Experienced in operating within complex supply chain and lead logistics environments with a focus on error handling and operational excellence.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while meeting SLAs and maintaining process accuracy.
Able to engage effectively with Business, Technology, Product, and Customer Experience teams to drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
