About This Role
- Manage and maintain vendor master data ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance within procurement and payment systems.
- Process vendor onboarding and updates by verifying documentation and data entry, collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Develop documentation and identify process improvements to optimize vendor data management efficiency and data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management or data management preferred.
- Proficient with ERP systems, specifically Ariba SAP Business Network, and Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work US shift timings.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
