About This Role
- Manage day-to-day market operations for GIFT City branch across equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives ensuring timely transaction processing and accurate local regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with regional service providers, internal support functions, and partners in compliance, legal, and technology to resolve issues, manage escalations, and maintain operational controls.
- Drive process mapping, data analysis, and implement automation and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and controls in a buildout environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of financial services operations experience including trade lifecycle support and regulatory reporting.
- Working knowledge of market products and operations, specifically equities and derivatives.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in financial services operations.

- Experienced in fast-moving or new operational setups such as branch buildouts, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple internal and regional global teams including compliance, technology, and legal.
- Proficient with automation, workflow, or data tools to enhance market operations controls and efficiency.
