About This Role
- Lead client engagements and drive revenue growth within the Advanced Planning Systems (APS) practice focusing on supply chain transformations across industries like CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharma.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain planning transformation programs covering forecasting, demand and supply planning, IBP, and S&OP, ensuring quality, timely delivery and profitability.
- Build and scale the APS consulting team through mentoring, capability building, and driving thought leadership initiatives including development of industry POVs and solution accelerators.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting experience with strong exposure to supply chain transformation and planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, Inventory Optimization).
- Experience in client-facing roles with program leadership in APS implementations, S&OP/IBP transformations, demand & supply planning integration, or network/distribution planning.
- Exposure to at least one leading APS platform such as BY, o9, IBP, or Kinaxis.
- Education: Any graduate degree. Work Experience Required: 7+ years explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Consulting professional with deep functional expertise in supply chain planning transformations across at least two industries, such as FMCG, healthcare, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-location or global rollout projects including APS deployments with strong business development and client relationship skills at C-level.
- Strategic leader comfortable working in global consulting environments, capable of building and mentoring teams while driving innovative digital supply chain solutions.
