About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for multiple countries, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and transfers.
- Handle HR service requests and inquiries globally via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and data accuracy in HR systems.
- Maintain HR documentation, compliance, support visa applications, coordinate learning management system updates, and prepare routine HR reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in core HR operations.
- Proficiency in English communication with global stakeholder interaction experience.
- Experience with HRMS tools such as Talentsoft, Workday, Oracle, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Experienced in managing international HR operations with a strong operational focus and service orientation.
- Comfortable using case/ticketing systems like ServiceNow and managing data integrity through audits and reporting.
- Capable of adapting quickly to evolving HR processes and technology in a global and cross-border environment.
