About This Role
- Manage warehouse operations including material reception, storage, kitting, and shipping aligned with system processes to ensure production line material availability and integrity.
- Lead and coach a team of supervisors and operators, overseeing warehouse layouts, inventory accuracy, and 3PL performance while ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Drive continuous improvement and ERP (SAP IM and WM modules) implementation to enhance warehouse performance using KPIs and APSYS programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a management position within logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP IM and WM modules.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in logistics.
