About This Role
- Manage and coordinate sourcing requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ, eAuctions) ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs within Source to Pay processes.
- Lead tendering and sourcing activities for marketing category spend and GBO spend to deliver productivity savings and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple markets and cultures, providing technical support and driving continuous improvements in procurement processes and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or procurement or relevant commercial experience in consumer products.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing including knowledge of processes, compliance, and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in eSourcing tools such as Coupa and CSO preferred.
- Location: Bangalore; Work experience required: 5+ years in procurement and sourcing.
