Proven ability to lead and develop specialist teams managing complex vendor and software asset portfolios.
Strong strategic vision with skills in contract data analytics, vendor performance management, and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels.
Experienced in driving automation and continuous improvement in vendor management processes within large organizations.
