Deep domain expertise in accounting or ERP systems capable of reasoning end-to-end through complex business workflows and GAAP compliance.
Experienced in uncovering quality risks from a user/customer perspective rather than relying on scripted tests, with a high ownership mentality to serve as sole ERP correctness authority.
Comfortable working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and QE leads to set quality standards and drive improvements.
