Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across Business Intelligence systems including data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
Validate financial and operational data such as cost centres, budgets, and reporting metrics to support trusted business intelligence.
Identify, reconcile, and resolve data quality issues by collaborating with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts to maintain accurate dashboards and reports.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of experience in MIS, Financial Reporting, BI Reporting, or Data Validation.
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA (Finance), B.Com (Computers), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts including Cost Centres, GL Accounts, Chart of Accounts, Budget vs Actual reporting, and Financial Statements.
Location requirement: Hyderabad; Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with Finance and Business Intelligence teams, indicating familiarity with cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and reporting tools, enabling effective data analysis and validation.
Comfortable working with financial data reconciliation and data governance, suggesting strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a structured BI environment.
