About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and RestAssured.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to create and execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and troubleshoot test failures.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and test automation effectiveness within the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Minimum 3 years of applied experience in software test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript and hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium).
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments with knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks across multiple technical domains.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle with exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
