About This Role
- Lead development and enhancement of self-service tools, APIs, and interfaces for database resource management with minimal manual intervention.
- Integrate database automation workflows with enterprise platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid infrastructure using Python and automation frameworks.
- Drive adoption and leadership in AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and operational stability across the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- >=5 years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Extensive coding experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Django, and databases; advanced Python programming skills mandatory.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle, automation, CI/CD methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years

- Experienced lead or senior engineer comfortable driving technical solutions across database automation and cloud-native environments.
- Proven track record of applying AI-assisted software development tools responsibly, coaching teams on secure and compliant adoption.
