About This Role
- Lead architectural design and implementation of cloud-native enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) systems using the Reltio Connected Data Platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive API development best practices ensuring real-time data integration and streaming across healthcare systems, incorporating security and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide technical leadership in software design, DevOps adoption, microservices, and integration of machine learning for entity resolution and data curation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software development with at least 3 years as lead architect on MDM platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in API development (REST APIs, event-driven architectures like Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS).
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong programming skills (Java, Python) plus databasing technologies (graph DBs, NoSQL, Snowflake/Databricks).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex healthcare or enterprise data platforms focusing on master data management at scale.
- Skilled in cloud-native architecture and SaaS multi-tenant environments, preferably with Reltio SaaS experience.
- Capabilities in leading architectural design, mentoring teams, orchestrating cross-functional technical initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare data security standards.
