About This Role
- Own development and enhancement of self-service database management tools, APIs, and automation workflows using Python, Django, ReactJS, and automation frameworks.
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of complex software solutions with focus on operational stability, performance, and security across multiple technical areas.
- Drive adoption and effective use of AI-assisted software development tools within the team to improve code quality, delivery speed, and consistency of engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Extensive hands-on experience coding with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Django, and database technologies.
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Demonstrated experience leading use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and driving secure, responsible AI practices in engineering workflows.

- Experienced technical leader capable of managing end-to-end system design, development, testing, and operational stability in complex environments.
