About This Role
- Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into complex software technology solutions, including design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of software code.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and system designs, perform proof of concept, and oversee testing & deployment of software solutions in production environments.
- Support code sets and implementations post-deployment per SLAs, manage deployment/release processes, and participate in post-implementation reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Extended experience in software development, deployment, and support including Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
- Extended knowledge and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, deployment and release management across environments.
- Work Experience Required: Extended experience working in multi-team, multi-geography outsourced IT environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-technology application design with strong understanding of full application ecosystems including hardware, OS, databases, and storage.
- Skilled at translating complex business needs into detailed technical systems design and managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
- Operates effectively in global, multi-disciplinary teams with proven client-facing communication and planning capabilities.
