Own architecture, implementation, and operational support of OpenText's global enterprise network infrastructure, including offices, datacenters, and cloud.
Lead network modernization efforts such as SD-WAN, cloud networking, WAN optimization, security enhancements, and automation initiatives.
Manage large global projects including infrastructure deployments, office buildouts, migrations, and vendor coordination ensuring successful delivery within timelines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 8+ years of network engineering experience; including at least 3 years leading network projects or technical teams.
Strong expertise with switching, routing, firewalls, and network devices (Cisco Nexus, FortiGate, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Juniper).
Essential networking skills: TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IPSec VPN, VLAN, 802.1q, LACP, vPC; plus experience in automation using Python and Terraform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable driving global network operations and modernization initiatives in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
Background in both on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on automation expertise.
Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale network infrastructure projects on time with operational rigor and vendor management skills.
