About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots secure, stable, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas within Auto Finance and Drive business functions.
- Writes and maintains high-quality production code using Java, Spring Boot, React Native, AWS services, Kafka, and Infrastructure as Code tools; produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring design constraints are met.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while validating AI-generated outputs; analyzes large diverse datasets to identify problems and drive system improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, Postgres), Kafka, and IaC/Terraform in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows including security and data sensitivity.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

- Experienced software engineer capable of handling complex system design and development with strong operational ownership for application stability and security.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted coding tools effectively with ability to critically evaluate and validate AI outputs within secure engineering workflows.
- Comfortable working in agile teams supporting business objectives with data-driven continuous improvement mindset and ability to produce architecture/design artifacts.
