About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance networking software focusing on distributed applications and core infrastructure to improve reliability and scalability.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and re-architect legacy components for enhanced system efficiency.
- Integrate and evaluate Generative AI Agents in automated operational workflows and system diagnostic pipelines to modernize engineering ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 6-9 years of software development experience in C/C++.
- Preferably 6-9 years of experience in building networking software.
- Strong command of Linux OS fundamentals and shell utilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building high-availability, low-latency, high-throughput networking systems.
- Capable of quantifiable analysis to improve software scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment requiring office presence approximately 2 days per week.
