About This Role
- Serve as Oil & Gas domain expert bridging stakeholders, domain specialists, and engineering teams for data-driven workflows.
- Translate Oil & Gas processes and data entities into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with industry practices.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to shape product features, validate solutions, and support testing and adoption activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within product or solution delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas business processes, operational workflows, and key domain concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing requirements and delivery workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in Business Analysis focused on Oil & Gas domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, domain experts, and software engineers in complex data environments.
- Able to translate complex Oil & Gas business concepts into functional requirements with familiarity of domain data models.
- Has practical knowledge of end-to-end business workflow validation, testing, and user acceptance testing in Agile/Scrum environments.
