About This Role
- Own and develop scalable, high-performance ReactJS frontend applications within enterprise banking systems.
- Drive frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices including performance optimization and AI-assisted development.
- Mentor developers and lead code reviews while collaborating to ensure accessibility, reliability, and observability in UI components.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on frontend software development experience building scalable enterprise web applications.
- Expertise in React (versions 17, 18, 19), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend frameworks such as Redux, Redux Saga, or equivalent.
- Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or high-volume transaction systems.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad (DTI Waverock SEZ).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in modern React SPA architecture, micro frontend deployments, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and practices improving engineering productivity and code quality.
- Comfortable driving frontend engineering initiatives including mentoring, code reviews, and adoption of emerging frontend ecosystem trends.
