About This Role
- Own and evolve the scalable architecture of a shared UI and design system platform used by over 100 products across multiple frameworks (React, Angular, Web Components).
- Define architectural foundations, public APIs, versioning, migration strategies, and quality gates to ensure platform consistency, compatibility, accessibility, and performance.
- Lead cross-team enablement by partnering with leadership, product, UX, and engineering teams to drive adoption, roadmap, and migration support across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in front-end/UI engineering with proven architecture experience for enterprise-scale UI platforms or large design systems.
- 6+ years experience collaborating closely with UX, Product, and Design to define scalable architecture.
- Strong expertise in React, Angular, TypeScript, Web Components, HTML, CSS, and browser fundamentals, including multi-framework and framework-agnostic design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or STEM field.
