About This Role
- Designs, develops, and troubleshoots secure, stable, and scalable software solutions within an agile Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts ensuring software code meets design constraints and operational stability requirements.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, including validating AI outputs rigorously.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
- Experience with modern programming languages and database querying languages, and use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools with ability to validate AI outputs.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies (including CI/CD), application resiliency, and security practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI-assisted coding tools responsibly within engineering workflows, with awareness of data sensitivity and secure handling.
- Skilled in analyzing and visualizing large, diverse data sets to proactively identify system improvements and code quality enhancements.
- Capable of producing architectural documents and driving adherence to design constraints and secure coding standards in complex application environments.
