About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Kafka, and AWS within an agile team.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, ensuring secure and reliable production code.
- Analyze and improve software architectures and system stability through data-driven insights and adherence to software development life cycle practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on expertise in Java development, messaging systems (ActiveMQ, Kafka), RESTful APIs, RDBMS, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in large corporate environments.
- Proven use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate and refine AI-generated outputs.

- Experienced in building and re-architecting scalable cloud-native applications with strong integration and deployment skills.
- Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted development tools responsibly, including understanding data sensitivity and security in engineering workflows.
