About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable cloud-native Order Management and Fulfilment solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Own end-to-end solution architecture spanning OMS, Fulfilment, Inventory, Payments, and Customer Order lifecycle for global retail ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive modern engineering practices including event-driven architectures and enterprise integrations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years software engineering experience, with 3+ years leading design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong experience with Order Management Systems, Fulfilment, inventory, returns, payments, and omnichannel commerce.
- Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM) and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with deep expertise in OMS and Fulfilment domain and enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions.
- Strong full-stack engineering background with proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or similar modern frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to influence architecture decisions, lead cross-functional distributed teams, and implement CI/CD, DevOps, and modern engineering best practices.
