About This Role
- Develop and maintain high-quality Python backend code adhering to software engineering principles like SOLID, YAGNI, and KISS.
- Lead adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.
- Support and collaborate with multiple development teams by providing technical solutions, addressing system issues, and promoting reuse of automation and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming with Python, including test-driven development.
- Demonstrated leadership in using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with knowledge of secure and responsible AI use.
- Experience with distributed computing architecture, event-based architecture, and knowledge of AWS.

- Experienced in leading software engineering teams integrating AI-assisted development tools within secure, regulated environments.
- Technically hands-on with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working in agile and dynamic settings with global teams.
