Experienced in monitoring and observability tooling specifically in financial/trading system environments or similarly complex SaaS platforms.
Strong technical collaborator capable of working across product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver proactive client monitoring and operational stability.
Demonstrated expertise in automation, incident management integration, and scaling monitoring infrastructure to support growth.
